Important information

What's the minimum age?

Minimum age 7, min height 4' 5" for the car arcing sims Children under 12 years old must be supervised by a parent/adult/guardian (13yrs+). Not suitable for pregnant ladies or those with risk of epilepsy or heart conditions

Ive never played VR before - anything to know?

VR is really good fun, the immersion you feel is incredible. We have lots of different types of games and experiences to suit all ages and tastes and you can switch between games and try as many as you like during your session time. Our staff are there to help you have a great time, they will show what to do and recommend games that are age appropriate and that you will enjoy.

What is VR?

VR is an interactive computer-generated experience within a simulated environment, incorporating mainly auditory and visual through a VR headset, but can also incorporate other sensory feedback like motion. This immersive environment can be similar to the real world or it can be fantastical, creating an experience that is not possible in ordinary physical reality. (Source Wikipedia) Non technically—its an absolute blast and and a must try experience.

Is there parking nearby?

Tremblant resort has quite a lot of parking sites around the resort area. There is paid public $ parking in front of the VR center (limited places during busy seasons - first come first served) There is also free parking at the large P1 at the base of the Tremblant resort - subject to availability - about a 10 minute walk from the VR center

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes and we have lots of experiences and games that are perfect for someone with limited mobility or certain special needs. Please note there is only a single unisex small bathroom facility in the VR Center and it is not wheelchair accessible. There are however other facilities nearby outside the VR Center.

Can I share my time with someone?

For bookings in VR stations and sim racing, you can share your time / equipment with 1 friend / family member at no extra cost. We recommend to book for 1 hour or more if sharing, so everyone has plenty of time to play. Please note: To prevent over crowding during busy times just 1 player and 1 friend/ family spectator may be permitted in the VR center per station/session. If you are more than 2 people you must book multiple stations.

Do you sell VR equipment ?

No, but we rent the latest tech headsets for you to try out in your home or back at the hotel. We can also happily advise you on what we’d recommend to buy.

If I’m organizing a private party – can I bring my own food/drinks/alcohol?

For adults private parties (18yrs+) you may bring your own alcohol but also bring your own plastic cups. For children’s birthday parties you may bring cake with disposable cutlery. You must tidy up and take everything with you afterwards. Soft drinks are available for sale at the VR center.

VR Car racing: 4’5″/135cm minimum

VR Roller coasters: 120lbs or less (5 to 12 years old)

Additional information :

Our base is at the Tremblant resort. We are situated less than a 2-hour drive from Montreal and Ottawa.

Duration: Approximately 1h.

Optional: Children will be given additional VR coaster rides in lieu of adults if preferred.

Start times are every 10 minutes during our opening hours.
